DELIVERY

Shipping costs for your order are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the selected delivery service. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all domestic and international orders over $300.77.

We use a range of reputable carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely. For orders shipped outside of the United States, you will be responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.

It is possible for some international orders to experience a delay in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held responsible. We kindly ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.

PRODUCTION & LEAD TIMES

Because all our products are handmade in limited batches, we don’t always hold stock of every item. If the jewelry piece you would like to order is not currently in stock, you will see a note at the side of the product that it is ‘Made to Order’.

  • Made to Order: Please be aware that these orders can take between 7-14 days to create before they are dispatched. We will update you with the expected delivery time in your confirmation email.

  • In Stock: Any items that are listed as “In Stock” on the website will ship within 3 business days and are typically delivered within 7 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you will be absolutely delighted with your new jewelry. We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
